Dr. Krakow received her bachelor's degree from Arizona State University in Tempe and her medical degree from Chicago Medical School. After an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, she completed fellowships in maternal-fetal medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and in research and clinical genetics at the UCLA Intercampus Medical Genetics Training Program.
Dr. Rapkin received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University in 1975. She went on to study medicine at the University of New York in Buffalo where she received her M.D. in 1979. Dr. Rapkin completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UCLA School of Medicine in 1983. She is Board Certified by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (of which she is also a fellow). After obtaining her M.D., she joined the faculty at UCLA and is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Interim Chair of the department.
Dr. Farias-Eisner is currently the Chief of Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UCLA. He is the co-Director of the Women’s Cancer Program for the Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center (JCCC) at UCLA. Dr. Farias-Eisner has written numerous book chapters and has been invited for more than 50 presentations, nationally and internationally.
I joined UCLA as an Assistant Clinical Professor, with the goals of providing excellent care to women and educating medical students, residents and fellows on reproductive health. My clinical interests include infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome, oncofertility, reproductive surgery and menopausal health.
Dr. Nisha Bansal is a board certified gynecologic oncologist with advanced training in gynecologic cancer treatment. She offers a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach for the spectrum of gynecological malignancies including preinvasive, invasive and advanced-stage diseases. Dr. Bansal is an expert in minimally invasive surgical techniques including robotic surgery and advanced laparoscopic procedures.
Pamela J. Boyer, MD is an Associate Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynocology. Dr. Boyer received her medical degree from the UCLA School of Medicine in 1981 and later completed internship and residency in OB/GYN here at UCLA as well. She also completed fellowship programs at UCLA in Maternal & Fetal Medicine and Immunology, and currently serves as the OB doctor for the Care-4-Families OB clinic.

Dr. Joshua G. Cohen is a gynecologic oncologist with specialized training in gynecologic cancer treatment as well as clinical care and research. Dr. Tamara Grisales earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. She held her internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at UCLA. Dr. Grisales completed her fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at UCLA.
Dr. Hsu is an Attending Physician in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She specializes in comprehensive obstetrical and gynecologic care. She has special clinical interests in general obstetrics and operative gynecologic procedures, specifically minimally invasive surgeries.

Dr. Memarzadeh is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from the Department of Neurosciences, University of Pittsburgh . Dr. Lauren Nathan is an attending physician and professor in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the David Geffen School of Medicine. She practices general obstetrics and gynecology with an interest in menopause and hormone therapy, and has served as principal investigator at the UCLA clinical center for the Extension of the Clinical Trial and Observational Study of the Women's Health Initiative.

Dr. Christopher Tarnay returned to UCLA in 2005 to direct care in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery for the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology. Bringing expertise to UCLA after 5 years as Director of Urogynecology at an outside institution, the Department now provides a full spectrum of urogynecologic care to women experiencing bladder and pelvic floor problems.
A native of Los Angeles, Dr. Steve Yu has an undergraduate degree from UCLA. He received his M.D. degree from St. George’s University and completed his residency training at Case Western Reserve University in 2008. Dr. Yu joins the UCLA Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology after spending four years in a busy multi-specialty group in Los Angeles, where he developed a practice encompassing all aspects of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
