You can submit your application for July 2016 positions online by going to Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility website (http://connect.asrm.org/srei/home) for additional information. This is a 3-year fellowship, with 18 months devoted to clinical work and 18 months devoted to research.
We do not require Dean's letters or medical school transcripts for postdoctoral fellow positions. We do require you to submit a 2x2 digital photo of yourself and your CREOG Scores. These materials can be e-mailed to Kristy Fong, Fellowship Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org. In addition, two letters of recommendation; one from your present Chief of Service and the other from someone who knows you well and can assess your clinical capabilities as well as your future potential for the field of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. The letters can be e-mailed (preferred) or mailed. Letters that are sent electronically must include the name, title and institutional affiliation of the author and should appear within the body of the e-mail. Please return your completed application, supplemental materials and letters of recommendation by June 1 , 2015.
Following receipt of your application, a file will be set up for you where all relevant materials, including your letters of recommendation, will be held. All complete applications will be reviewed and the top applicants will be interviewed. A personal interview is mandatory for candidates under serious consideration for fellowship positions. The interview allows the candidate to gain the true flavor and character of the program, as well as giving the program an excellent opportunity for assessing the potential of each candidate. You will be notified if you have been chosen for an interview. It is anticipated that the interviews will take place at the end of September.
