Applications for the positions beginning July 1st, 2015 are accepted through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). To access ERAS please go to https://www.erasfellowshipdocuments.org click on Applications Process. The UCLA-Cedars Sinai Medical Center's ERAS ID number is 380000002. Please submit three letters of recommendation from individuals who can assess your clinical capabilities as well as your future potential for the field of Gynecologic Oncology. CREOG reports should be sent directly to Edgar Banuelos. The deadline to apply for the 2015 academic year is April 18, 2014. 

A personal interview is mandatory for candidates under serious consideration for fellowship positions. We must receive a complete ERAS application, three letters of recommendation and CREOG scores by the deadline in order to consider a candidate for this program. Interview offers will be extended in May of 2014. Interviews will take place on Saturday, June 7th, 2014.

Applicants will also need to register for the National Resident Matching Program. This can be done at www.nrmp.org. The American Boards of Obstetrics and Gynecology publishes the Program Requirements for Fellowship Graduate Medical Education on its website http://www.abog.org

Applicants who match to the UCLA and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship program must obtain a California Medical License. This process can take several months so it should be initiated well before the Fellowship commences. An explanation of the licensure procedure can be found at http://www.mbc.ca.gov/.
