Applications for the positions beginning July 1st, 2016 are accepted through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service, https://www.erasfellowshipdocuments.org/). The UCLA-Cedars Sinai Medical Center's ERAS ID number is 380000002. The deadline to apply for the 2016 academic year is April 18, 2015. 

In addition to the completed ERAS application, please submit three letters of recommendation from individuals who can access your clinical capabilities as well as your future potential for the field of Gynecologic Oncology. CREOG reports should be sent directly to Kristy Fong at KSFong@mednet.ucla.edu. Applicants with a foreign medical degree must also include copies of all educational transcripts, exam scores, and ECFMG certificate with application. All application materials must be received be the deadline in order to be considered a candidate for this program.

Top candidates for a position in out fellowship program will be offered an invitation to visit our program and to interview in Los Angeles. Interview offers will be extended in May of 2015 after review of the application.

Applicants will also need to register for the National Resident Matching Program (www.nrmp.org).
